Equity Bonuses 
 
The Equity program provides additional financial stimulation to distributor activities by paying special bonuses.

Four kinds of bonuses are provided for:

  • The Super-Star Bonus shall be paid out to a distributor upon first closeout of the VIP SUPER STAR qualification in the amount of $1,000,000.
     
  • The Partner Bonus - 5% of Company commodities turnover increase (in CV) shall be paid out to leaders in the VIP-MASTER qualification according to calendar year results.

Successful distributors who can qualify to participate in the distribution of the Partner Bonus 2006 must meet the following requirements:

    • For distributors who closed out VIP Master qualifications in 2005: to be in a qualificational category no lower than VIP Master during the whole year 2006;
    • For distributors who closed out VIP Master qualifications for the first time in 2006: to be in a qualificational category no lower than VIP Master all the way till the end of the year 2006; and
    • According to the results of year end, to have a positive commodities turnover growth at the six downline levels in relation to the 2005 figure.

This being the case, the Partner Bonus is to be distributed proportionally to the total turnover achieved by all the distributors at the six downline levels during the VIP M completion months. The respective turnover increase multiplying ratio (1.1-1.6) applies with respect to the corresponding months during which the VIP M1S – VIP Super Star qualifications are to be completed.

  • The Discovery Bonus shall be paid out to distributors who participate in developing new markets. The conditions for receiving a Discovery Bonus are determined individually for each country. The program’s launch shall be announced well in advance of the opening up of a new country.

    Basic principles:
    • A «Discovery Team» to open the country shall be formed according to qualificational requirements.
    • Distributors who are team members shall receive a bonus in proportion to the commodity turnover of the given country’s distributors who are at the first six levels. The total amount of the bonus shall be a percentage of the given country’s commodity turnover.

  • The Jump Bonus shall be paid out to new leaders who have demonstrated significant growth rates attendant to a successful business start. Qualifications according to the Vision Career Plan shall be the base ones for accruing the bonus. The program’s launch date is January 1, 2005.

    Conditions for receiving the Jump Bonus:
    • $50 for fulfilling a VIP qualification that has been closed out in the first two months of working in the Company.
    • $500 for fulfilling a VIP qualification that has been closed out in the first four months of working in the Company.
    • $3,000 for fulfilling a VIP qualification that has been closed out in the first eight months of working in the Company.
    • $10,000 for fulfilling a VIP-MASTER qualification that has been closed out in the first year of working in the Company.

The first three bonuses shall not be added together. A smaller bonus shall be absorbed into a larger one.
