DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The gel is to be rubbed into the skin of affected area 2-3 times per day with massaging motions prior to and after physical activity

Extract of Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens)
Groundnut vegetable oil
Warming agents: capsicum frutescens / methyl nicotinate
